When you come to us you know that every insurance claim is managed from start to finish by a dedicated Surveyor. With the support of our experienced office staff, we can ensure all information is passed from the Insurer and Claim Handler direct to us efficiently and effectively, which means all claims are processed as easily and smoothly as possible.
Claim Management
Delivering excellent customer service is paramount to how we run and grow our business. With our web-based CRM Claim Management system we have instant access to the position of every single claim, at any time, with the touch of a button. From receiving a claim to final invoicing, any of our staff can access our customer’s claim details within seconds.
Policy Holders
From us receiving your claim details to the point of completion of all work we will liaise with you and your Insurance company to ensure all work is completed as swiftly as possible. There are various stages to all claims which are as individual as the claim itself, but rest assured we will soon have your home restored to its former glory.
